Description

Cheese Ball:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 23 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Coating:

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (or crushed crackers) for coating

Instructions

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, chopped jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Shape: Form the mixture into a ball shape using your hands or wrap in plastic and mold into a ball. Chill for at least 1 hour.
  3. Coat: Just before serving, roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans or crushed crackers.
  4. Serve: Serve with crackers, pretzels, or veggie sticks.
