Cheese Ball:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2–3 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Coating:
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (or crushed crackers) for coating
Instructions
- Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, chopped jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Shape: Form the mixture into a ball shape using your hands or wrap in plastic and mold into a ball. Chill for at least 1 hour.
- Coat: Just before serving, roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans or crushed crackers.
- Serve: Serve with crackers, pretzels, or veggie sticks.
Notes
- You can adjust the heat level by using more or fewer jalapeños or leaving some seeds in for extra spice.
