Description

These Keto Air Fryer Corn Dogs are a delicious low-carb twist on a classic fair favorite. They are easy to make and perfect for a fun snack or meal.

For the Corn Dogs:

  • 6 all-beef hot dogs
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon granular erythritol
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 6 wooden skewers or sticks
  • nonstick spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Prepare Hot Dogs: Insert wooden skewers into the hot dogs.
  3. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, erythritol, salt, and garlic powder.
  4. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, almond milk, and melted butter.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Mix the wet and dry ingredients, then stir in the shredded mozzarella until a thick dough forms.
  6. Wrap Hot Dogs: Divide the dough into six portions and wrap each portion around a hot dog, molding it evenly with your hands.
  7. Air Fry: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray and place the wrapped hot dogs in the basket. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
  8. Serve: Serve warm with sugar-free ketchup or mustard.
