  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles: Prepare lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Make the sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Stir-fry vegetables: Heat oil in a skillet, add garlic, mushrooms, bell pepper, carrots, and snow peas. Cook until tender-crisp.
  4. Combine: Add noodles and sauce to the pan. Toss until coated and heated through. Top with green onions.
