- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- zest of 1 lemon
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup dry white wine (or chicken broth)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- grated Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Ravioli: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the lobster ravioli. Drain and set aside.
- Zesty Lemon Butter Sauce: In a skillet, heat butter and olive oil. Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes. Add lemon zest and lobster meat; cook to warm through. Stir in lemon juice and white wine; simmer to reduce. Add cream, salt, and pepper. Toss in ravioli, simmer briefly. Top with parsley.

- You can use frozen lobster tails—just thaw, steam, and chop before adding to the sauce.
