- 1 pound frozen or fresh French fries
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

- 1/4 cup crumbled bacon, cooked
- 2 green onions, sliced
Sauce:
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare Fries: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or cook fries in an air fryer until golden and crispy.
- Season Fries: Toss cooked fries with olive oil and Cajun seasoning.
- Add Cheese: Spread fries on a baking sheet, sprinkle with cheddar and pepper jack cheese, and bake until cheese is melted.
- Top and Serve: Remove from oven, top with bacon, green onions, and drizzle with ranch-hot sauce mix. Serve hot.
