Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
- Sear the Chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sear in a skillet until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
- Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic and red pepper flakes. Add chicken broth, cream, sun-dried tomatoes, and Parmesan. Simmer until creamy.
- Combine and Serve: Add chicken and cooked pasta to the sauce. Stir in butter. If needed, add reserved pasta water to adjust consistency. Garnish with basil or parsley before serving.
