Chicken Patties:
- 1 pound ground chicken
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes (in oil)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs (regular or gluten-free)
For Cooking:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, feta, red onion, parsley, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix until just combined—do not overmix.
- Shape Patties: Shape the mixture into 6 equal-sized patties.
- Cook Patties: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest and Serve: Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

- You can bake them at 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 minutes if you prefer an oven method.
