Instructions

- Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Beat butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla.
- Combine milk and sour cream.
- Add dry and wet ingredients alternately. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Divide batter, bake, and cool cakes.
- Prepare cookie milk soak.
- Make the frosting.
- Assemble the cake.
- Decorate with garnishes.
