Ingredients
Puff Pastry:
1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
Cream Cheese Filling:
4 oz cream cheese (softened), 2 tbsp powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Peach Topping:
2 ripe peaches (thinly sliced), 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Additional:
1 egg (beaten, for egg wash), 1 tbsp coarse sugar (optional for sprinkling)
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 6 equal rectangles. Score a smaller rectangle inside each piece without cutting through.
- Make the Filling: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread inside the scored rectangles.
- Add Peaches: Top with peach slices. Brush edges with egg wash and sprinkle with coarse sugar if using.
- Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Finish and Serve: Drizzle with honey or maple syrup. Serve warm or at room temperature.
