Ingredients
Refrigerated Pie Crusts:

Pecans:
1 cup chopped
Brown Sugar:
2/3 cup packed
Light Corn Syrup:
1/2 cup
Unsalted Butter:
1/4 cup, melted
Eggs:

Vanilla Extract:
1 teaspoon
Salt:
1/4 teaspoon
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin.
- Prepare Crusts: Roll out pie crusts, cut circles, and place in muffin cups.
- Mix Filling: Whisk brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, eggs, vanilla, and salt.
- Fill and Bake: Divide pecans, add filling, and bake for 20-25 minutes until set.
- Cool and Serve: Cool in pan, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
