Ingredients

Refrigerated Pie Crusts:

1 package (14 ounces)

Pecans:

1 cup chopped

Brown Sugar:

2/3 cup packed

Light Corn Syrup:

1/2 cup

Unsalted Butter:

1/4 cup, melted

Eggs:

2 large

Vanilla Extract:

1 teaspoon

Salt:

1/4 teaspoon


Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin.
  2. Prepare Crusts: Roll out pie crusts, cut circles, and place in muffin cups.
  3. Mix Filling: Whisk brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, eggs, vanilla, and salt.
