For the Alfredo Pasta:

  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 12 ounces fettuccine pasta, uncooked
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken: Season chicken strips with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning.
  2. Cook the chicken: In a large skillet, cook chicken in olive oil until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
