Spaghetti or Lo Mein Noodles:

Cornstarch mixed with Water:
1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water

Instructions
- Heat Oils and Aromatics: In a large pot or deep skillet, heat sesame and olive oil. Add garlic and ginger, cook until fragrant.
- Add Vegetables: Add bell pepper, carrots, and snap peas, sauté for 3–4 minutes.
- Cook Noodles: Pour in water, bring to a boil, add noodles and cook until tender.
- Make Sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar. Add to pot along with cornstarch slurry.
- Thicken and Serve: Cook until sauce thickens, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, then serve.
Notes
- You can add cooked chicken, shrimp, or tofu for extra protein.
- For a spicier version, add a dash of sriracha or red pepper flakes.
