Snap Peas or Snow Peas:

Low-Sodium Soy Sauce:

Rice Vinegar:

Cornstarch mixed with Water:

1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Heat Oils and Aromatics: In a large pot or deep skillet, heat sesame and olive oil. Add garlic and ginger, cook until fragrant.
  2. Add Vegetables: Add bell pepper, carrots, and snap peas, sauté for 3–4 minutes.
  3. Cook Noodles: Pour in water, bring to a boil, add noodles and cook until tender.
  4. Make Sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar. Add to pot along with cornstarch slurry.
  5. Thicken and Serve: Cook until sauce thickens, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, then serve.
