Description

Pan-Fried Peaches:

  • 4 ripe peaches halved and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Cut and Prep Peaches: Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits.
  2. Cook Peaches: Heat a large skillet, melt butter, add brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and salt. Place peaches cut side down in the skillet, cook until golden, flip and cook until tender.
