Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla, mix until fully combined.
