Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the pastry: Roll out the puff pastry into a 10×12-inch rectangle on a floured surface.
- Add toppings: Spread pizza sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning over the pastry.
- Roll and slice: Roll the pastry tightly, slice into rounds, and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake: Brush with egg wash and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden.
