  • 1 packet (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp almond extract
  • ½ cup shelled pistachios, chopped
  • Whipped cream and extra pistachios for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Prepare the crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
