- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)

Instructions
- Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper or edible wafer paper.
- Cook the Sugar Mixture: Combine sugar, corn syrup, honey, and water in a saucepan. Cook until it reaches 300°F (149°C).
- Whip Egg Whites: Beat egg whites and salt until stiff peaks form.
- Combine Syrup and Egg Whites: Slowly pour the hot syrup into the egg whites while mixing. Beat until thick and glossy.
- Add Flavors and Nuts: Mix in vanilla extract, butter, and pistachios. Pour into the prepared pan.
- Cool and Cut: Let the nougat cool for at least 4 hours, then cut into pieces.

- Work quickly once the nougat is ready to avoid it setting in the bowl.
- Wafer paper helps keep the nougat from sticking to fingers and packaging.
