Instructions

  4. Deglaze and Simmer: Deglaze the pan with white wine, then stir in chicken broth, crushed tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Return chicken and sausage to the pan, cover, and simmer for 30–40 minutes until chicken is cooked through and sauce thickens.
  5. Finish and Serve: Stir in pickled peppers if using. Garnish with parsley and serve hot with bread or pasta.
