Creamy Crab Cheese Sauce:

  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup lump crab meat (picked over for shells)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook Shrimp: Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook shrimp until pink, then set aside.
  2. Prepare Spinach: In the same skillet, sauté garlic, add spinach, and cook until wilted.
