Beef Bites:
- 2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Potatoes:
- 1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare Beef: In a large bowl, toss beef cubes with Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika.
- Layer Ingredients: In the slow cooker, layer halved baby potatoes on the bottom, drizzle with half of melted butter and olive oil, add minced garlic. Place seasoned beef cubes on top, drizzle with remaining butter and olive oil.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours until beef is tender and potatoes are cooked. Stir gently before serving, garnish with parsley.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sear beef cubes before adding to the slow cooker.
- Add carrots or green beans for a complete meal.
