Instructions
- Place the chicken in the slow cooker: Arrange the chicken thighs in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, ketchup, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
