- 1/2 cup canned diced tomatoes (drained)
- 1/2 cup canned corn (drained)
- 1/2 cup refried beans
- 1/4 cup water or broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
For Serving:
- 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion and garlic, add turkey and spices, then mix in tomatoes, corn, beans, and water. Simmer until thickened.
