For the Beef Filling:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup salsa
For Assembly and Serving:
- 2 cans (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thickened.
- Mix in Cheese and Salsa: Remove from heat and mix in cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and salsa.
- Prepare the Ring: Unroll crescent dough and form a circle on the baking sheet. Spoon beef mixture around the center. Fold dough over the filling.
- Bake: Brush with beaten egg and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before garnishing with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, sour cream, and jalapeños.
