  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 4 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups caramel bits
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the bars: Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Cook the sugar mixture: In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar and corn syrup. Stir constantly until boiling.
  3. Combine ingredients: Remove from heat, then stir in the peanut butter and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the rice cereal and marshmallows.
  4. Melt the chocolate-caramel: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips, caramel bits, and heavy cream.
  5. Mix and set: Pour half of the chocolate-caramel mix into the rice mixture. Press into the baking dish. Pour the rest of the chocolate-caramel on top. Let cool for 1-2 hours.
