  • 8 oz rice noodles or lo mein noodles

Protein:

  • 1/2 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas or broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • sesame seeds and lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook Noodles: Prepare noodles according to package instructions, drain, rinse, and set aside.
  2. Prepare Ingredients: Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  3. Cook Protein: Brown steak slices in a skillet. Cook shrimp until pink; set both aside.
  4. Stir-Fry Veggies: Sauté garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and snow peas in the skillet.
  5. Combine: Add noodles, sauce, steak, and shrimp to the pan. Toss and heat through.
  6. Garnish & Serve: Top with green onions, sesame seeds, red pepper, and lime wedges. Serve hot.
