- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup snow peas or broccoli florets
- 2 green onions, sliced
- crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- sesame seeds and lime wedges for garnish
Instructions
- Cook Noodles: Prepare noodles according to package instructions, drain, rinse, and set aside.
- Prepare Ingredients: Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Cook Protein: Brown steak slices in a skillet. Cook shrimp until pink; set both aside.
- Stir-Fry Veggies: Sauté garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and snow peas in the skillet.
- Combine: Add noodles, sauce, steak, and shrimp to the pan. Toss and heat through.
