- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small red chili, thinly sliced (optional)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions
- In a small bowl, prepare the sauce: Whisk together lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and minced garlic. Set aside.
- Prep the fish: Place the fish fillets in a shallow, heatproof dish. Pour the sauce over the fish and top with sliced chili.
- Steam the fish: Set up a steamer or large pot with simmering water. Steam the fish for 10–12 minutes until cooked through.
