Instructions
- Dough Preparation: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, mix well. Gradually add dry ingredients to form a soft dough. Chill dough.
- Assembly: Roll out dough, spread with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Roll into logs, chill. Slice and bake cookies.
- Glaze: Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over cooled cookies.
