- 3 tablespoons soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sriracha or chili garlic sauce (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions
- Heat sesame oil: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat sesame oil.
- Cook the pork: Add the ground pork or turkey, breaking it apart as it browns.
- Season and cook: Stir in garlic, ginger, and onion. Cook until fragrant.
