Ingredients
Scale
Sliders
- 1 package (12-count) Hawaiian sweet rolls (or any dinner rolls)
- 2 cups prepared stuffing
- ½ pound cooked turkey breast (shredded or thinly sliced)
- 1 cup jellied cranberry sauce
- 8 slices Mozzarella cheese
Glaze
- 6 Tablespoons salted butter (melted)
- ½ Tablespoon honey mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ Tablespoon dried minced onion
Garnish
- ½ teaspoon poppy seeds
- 2 teaspoons fresh minced chives
Instructions
- Prepare the rolls and pan: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise and place the bottom halves cut side up into the prepared baking dish to create the base for the sliders.
- Layer the ingredients: Evenly spread 2 cups of prepared stuffing over the bottom halves of the rolls. Next, layer the shredded or thinly sliced cooked turkey breast evenly on top of the stuffing. Add 8 slices of mozzarella cheese evenly over the turkey, then spread 1 cup of jellied cranberry sauce over the cheese. Finally, place the top halves of the rolls over the layered ingredients to close the sliders.
- Make the glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together the melted salted butter, honey mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and dried minced onion until fully combined. This buttery glaze will add flavor and moisture to the slider tops.
- Apply glaze and bake: Generously brush the glaze mixture evenly across the tops of the assembled sliders. Cover the baking dish tightly with foil to keep moisture in, then bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes until the sliders are warmed through and the cheese is melted.
- Brown the tops and garnish: Remove the foil and bake for an additional 2 to 3 minutes to slightly brown the tops. Watch carefully to avoid burning. Take the sliders out of the oven and sprinkle with poppy seeds and fresh minced chives for a final touch. Serve warm and enjoy!

- For a spicier glaze, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- These sliders can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated before baking; just bake them a few extra minutes if starting cold.
