How to Store, Freeze & Reheat
This dish is wonderful served over pasta, rice, or with a simple green salad and crusty bread to soak up every drop of that garlic cream sauce. For a low-carb option, try it with zucchini noodles or roasted veggies. Leftovers make a fantastic lunch the next day—just slice the chicken and toss with the sauce.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, warm gently in a skillet over low heat with a splash of broth or cream to bring the sauce back to life. I don’t recommend freezing the sauce, as the cream can separate, but the cooked chicken freezes well for up to 2 months—just thaw and reheat.
