How to Store, Freeze & Reheat

These bars are best enjoyed at room temperature, but they’re also amazing straight from the fridge for a firmer texture. Serve them with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of caramel sauce for an extra indulgence.

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or wrap them individually and freeze for up to 3 months. To reheat, just pop one in the microwave for 10 seconds – it’s like fresh from the oven.

🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even crust.
  3. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust. Sprinkle the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut, and nuts over the top, pressing them down gently with a spatula.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set. The top should be lightly browned.
  5. Let cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before cutting into 24 bars. Store in an airtight container.

👩🍳 Chef Elena’s Kitchen Notes & Storage

Press the crust firmly so it doesn't crumble when you cut the bars. For extra gooeyness, let them cool for just 15 minutes before slicing – they'll be messier but irresistible. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
