How to Store, Freeze & Reheat

This Peach Cobbler Cheesecake is perfect on its own, but I love serving it with a dollop of whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce. It’s a showstopper at summer barbecues, Easter brunch, or any holiday table. For a little extra freshness, add a few thin peach slices on top just before serving.

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days. To freeze, skip the streusel topping and wrap the chilled cheesecake tightly in plastic wrap and foil; it will keep for up to three months. When you’re ready to enjoy, thaw in the fridge overnight and add fresh streusel before serving.

Peach Cobbler Cheesecake

This Peach Cobbler Cheesecake layers a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy vanilla cheesecake, and a sweet, spiced peach topping with a crumbly cobbler streusel. It's the ultimate summer-meets-comfort dessert that tastes like a warm peach cobbler but with that rich, velvety cheesecake texture everyone loves.

🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Wrap the outside of a 9-inch springform pan with foil. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream; mix until just combined. Pour over crust.
  3. In a small bowl, toss peaches with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Spoon over the cheesecake batter evenly.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, oats, 1/4 cup brown sugar, and cold butter; use your fingers to make a crumbly streusel. Sprinkle over the peach layer.
  5. Place the springform pan in a larger baking dish filled with 1 inch of hot water. Bake for 65-75 minutes, until edges are set but center jiggles slightly. Turn off oven, crack door, and let cool for 1 hour. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

👩🍳 Chef Elena’s Kitchen Notes & Storage

For a clean slice, run a knife under hot water and wipe it dry before each cut. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze the whole cheesecake (without streusel) for up to 3 months—thaw overnight in the fridge.
