1. Why This Recipe Works Every Time
In my test kitchen, I love recipes that look like they took hours but actually come together in minutes—and this Grinch Fudge is exactly that. The white chocolate base is silky and rich, while the green swirls add a playful pop of color that screams holiday fun.
Whenever I make this for my family, it disappears before the coffee’s even brewed. It’s the kind of treat that brings out the kid in everyone, and the red hearts on top make it extra mischievous and sweet.

🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang on two sides.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted.
- Stir in vanilla, peppermint extract (if using), and salt. Remove about 1/3 of the mixture into a small bowl and tint it with green gel food coloring until you get the Grinch-green shade you like.
- Pour the white mixture into the prepared dish, then drop spoonfuls of the green mixture on top. Use a knife or toothpick to swirl gently for a marbled effect.
- Press red heart sprinkles onto the top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm, then lift out and cut into squares.

- For clean cuts, use a sharp knife and wipe it between slices—this keeps the fudge neat. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for up to 3 months (just thaw in the fridge before serving).
👩🍳 Chef Elena’s Kitchen Notes & Storage
Let the dish rest for 5 minutes before serving so the juices and sauce thicken naturally. Store leftovers in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
